Amazingly excellent; I have never really received such service. The shop manager, the young man and girl in the vault in the store across the street, and the lady server who waited on us were the nicest people you will ever meet. She may have been Spanish. Amazing café and business that is definitely worth a visit.
I never subscribed to a newsletter before. I've made eight attempts to unsubscribe, but they still send me spam. I have filed a complaint with HR's customer service (they are the ones that send out the "subscription" emails, by the way), but they don't even bother to respond.
I used to adore Hard Rock Cafe, but these days it's just a depressing cantina that's more impersonal and dull than McDonald's, which at least understands to serve drinks before food and doesn't have to prove anything on the menu in order to sell it.
