Serving people at Dave & Busters was my favourite part of my job; we work as a team like family and support one another no matter what. The management is excellent and accommodating to your schedule. It was genuinely a very fulfilling experience, and I always wanted to look forward to going to work every day.
Like any hotel or food service position, it's a job, but because of the frequent drama at work and the absence of a work culture, I wouldn't advise applying. Cooks are dissatisfied, bartenders are incredibly unpleasant, servers gripe about tips, and management is appalling.
Working here is not very enjoyable. The management is just appalling. They ruin your job because they don't even want to have one. Never suggest it to anyone.
