We arrived there between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. tonight. Only one register—an Express queue for purchases of fifteen or fewer items—was operational. We filled a trolley! As we were checking out, a queue formed, so we allowed the guy behind us to go first. We were stuck with no other choice, and I felt awful for everyone who was behind us.
