I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping on August 18. August 23rd was the date of delivery for my order. There is still no resolution despite two calls to customer service. They refuse to reimburse the shipping cost for ten days, claiming they have no idea where the parcel is.
An "investigation" has been launched, but it will take at least five to ten days. My displeasure went unnoticed by the supervisor or the customer service representative. I'll never place another order from Saks Fifth Avenue or Off Fifth Avenue.
Anyone else experiencing problems with this company's CDL delivery service? They stated that the package had been received. There is no indication that they weren't on my camera, nor is there any documentation from the business proving delivery. Sak won't, however, issue a refund or send another item. not a fear. I will never use this firm again.
I recently bought a cross, and what I got was an empty box. They told me there was nothing they could do after I called them multiple times to let them know. I just got an empty box in exchange for their charging me for it. I am quite dissatisfied. They are a group of con artists. Poor customer service is provided. A cross, of all things, not to receive. Saks Off 5th is a shame. They're not taking any action in that regard.
