Only because it's them or satellite do I have a contract with them. I'm not able to afford cable or satellite TV. Otherwise, I wouldn't have Comcast at all. Customer service at Comcast ranges from courteous to unprofessional. I generally get along well with customer service. I don't always. The customer service at our neighbourhood Comcast store is appalling. Everyone is wretched and clearly despises their third job. I now fill out the satisfaction survey after a few words, even though I didn't before. They must be aware. I give a representative high marks if they are good. I give them a low rating if they exhibit a lot of snobbery or attitude. Companies need to know, even though I didn't used to do them. Although I also work in retail, I know how to treat customers well.

They provide the worst client service. There are many around that will circle chat rather than assist you. I've spoken with customer support on the phone far too frequently—more than 25 times in the last five years—and certainly more than five times annually. When something is added to or deleted from your bill, or when rates change, they don't notify you. I've spoken with them on the phone for longer than I did in my 27 years of getting cable elsewhere. Although Bright House wasn't very good, you people make it seem like a five-star hotel. There are many individuals here that spend money on a home, so if my HOA didn't need me to pay for it through fees, I would move right away.
